Steady paycheck for now, coworkers on the same level are a delight to work with, online training is a bit helpful.

Cons

There is not enough space to list everything. Micromanaging at its finest, you pretty much have to ask permission to use the restroom, upper management could care less about the employees, degraded daily.

There are no pros about this company. Awful place to work.

Cons

High workload, little pay for frontline workers. No bonuses unless you're an officer or in corporate. No way to advance in the company for retail workers. Super high turnover and lack of staff, because there are much better opportunities at better companies. This company has inflated reviews on Glassdoor. They were notified of how employees really feel on this site, and suddenly there are 5 star reviews. They did the same thing when our mobile banking app was launched. Customers gave the app 1 star, yet when management found out there was a huge increase in 5 star ratings. Fix the problem instead of sweeping it under the rug, Bank of the Ozarks. Treat your staff better instead of bragging about your stock prices all the time.

This company has a set of core values that inspire honesty, integrity, respect, quality, and encouragement.. The group works as a team on every project and offers advice, praise, and constructive criticism where needed. Everyone treats each other with respect and support. I am very happy to be a part of such a great company.

Cons

In my eyes, there are no cons. Everyday I am challenged. My boundaries are pushed which breeds productivity, know-how and growth. I have learned more in this position than I ever did in school or at other companies I have worked for.
