Great benefits. Over all the entire bank is a joy to work with. HQ is a beautiful place to go to everyday with great amenities

Cons

Most of the bank is severely underpaid. The entire bank is severely understaffed- from every single department. Everyone is stressed for no reason. Hire people & pay them. Simple

Pros

The headquarters building is beautiful and well-maintained. Some coworkers are truly great people and make the workday more enjoyable.

Cons

The overall work culture lacks support for growth and innovation. There’s no clear path for career development, and hard work often goes unrewarded. Favoritism influences advancement, and performance reviews are nonexistent. Raises are minimal and don’t reflect the rising cost of living. Departments operate in silos, there’s no flexibility for remote work, and despite public announcements of record profits, this is not reflected in employee compensation.
