      Benefits were decent Immediate team was great Hybrid work environment is a plus Work/life balance Vacation/sick time quantity was adequate

      Salary could’ve been better No bonus, profit sharing, no stock options yet we heard how the bank made record profits quarter after quarter Management not promoting from within especially in IT business unit Too much turnover Lack of formal training/continuing education

      Great corporate HQ with beautiful art and offices, pay is reasonable

      Indecisive and double-minded leadership (says one thing, but does another), siloed corporate and overall company culture, crippling fear of creativity or holistic project recommendations, stifling of middle-management with ideas (they have to originate from the top or they get deprioritized at best), completely disorganized HR department, zero internal marketing support, zero onboarding process, archaic website and career portal, no social media presence or engagement, no upward career opportunities, horrible work-life balance,
