Pros

Commercial lending team very helpful on the retail side. Trust and Wealth good and responding to request to contact customers. Mid-Level management good at communication.

Cons

Upper management lacks good insight to retail banking. Focused on high dollar real estate profits. Retail bank products are lacking leaving customers frustrated on offerings.

training goes long and should have gave time to learn

Cons

Long trainings was full of non working plugins or demo to learn the job so when we got on the floor everyone was for themselves. I seen plenty of bright and smart employees unfortunately leave due to toxic work environment.

My time here with Bank OZK has been a great experience to see first-hand there are employers who value people, both employees and customers. There is a different culture here that I have not found with any other company. As an employee of over 4 years, I can say that I have grown by the leadership I see in action every day and the knowledge that has been invested in me. The energy and culture here is encouraging and there is moral and life among the staff. I believe this is obtained by great leadership and a positive work environment. Great job at setting yourself apart, Bank OZK. I'm happy to be here and be a part of such a great time. #bettertogether

Cons

My only complaint would be maybe a little more flexibility in the option to work remotely but I know that is only available for certain job functions.
