      Pros

      A few good teammates Vacation Federal holidays

      Cons

      Management- had people in upper management roles that didn't know anything about leading a team, they then hired more people that didn't know anything about leading a team HR- HR isn't there to help you, they are there to protect the company only Communication- expect none Pay- they pay less than any bank in the area Technology- they are seriously lacking in all areas, way behind what other banks of the same size Headquarters- they spent millions of dollars on statues but barely gave increases to their employees This organization does not care about their employees. You will get in there and think it doesn't matter, but it does. Find a company that at least tries to care about you. Everyones experience is different and some people do love working there. . .

      Short handed and stressful

      Pros

      Benefits of new hire. Insurance available in 90 days. 2 weeks vacation and 2 weeks off sick time. The workers on floor become your family and are your support system

      Cons

      No raises, no breaks, no time between calls even try calm before next mad customer for having hold. Have no authority to fix issues. Systems are never all working correctly and hard complete your own job w bad pc and systems

      Pros

      Managers are very supportive and the team is very helpful when you get in a bind and need some assistance on your assigned deals. To my understanding after you’ve been with the bank for a few months you have the option to pretty much work from wherever as long as your work is getting done. It’s also a pro if you work at HQ. the building is beautiful, a restaurant or food truck from around town will usually show up around lunch everyday. It makes things a little more convenient

      Cons

      There wasn’t a ton of formal training. I just shadowed a coworker for a couple days and then was thrust into the fire, but that happens to be my preferred learning style. I know everyone is different.
