Great place to get your foot in the door.

Cons

There was slow foot traffic at the time, but this meant you weren’t feeling rush and were able to really connect with the customer.

The building is a beautiful piece of art!

Cons

Micro management, Over worked and under paid. Management does not provide work/home life balance. Although we are required to take laptops home daily. Wfh is frowned upon. Dictatorship is how management runs the department . Grievances submitted to HR are not handled appropriately.

PTO is great really enjoy the 6 weeks. Friendly Co workers

Cons

Work flexibility could be better. There are many departments that offer the ability to work from home couple days a week. My department have a capability but yet refuses to allow this. Pay could be better, Bank OZK is not competitive with pay compared to other banks. Internal promotion or internal transfers are almost impossible
