Their pay is incredibly low for anyone who is not a C suite, and the executives are rigidly against remote work.

Competitive Salary & Incentive Plan, Involved & Approachable Leadership, Excellent Internal Technology Resources, Tenured Internal Knowledge Resources

Cons

No Cons are to be noted outside of the fact that the company is growing quickly and is trying to adapt to the growth while maintaining integrity of the credit culture, respecting regulatory requirements and building on a history of growth. All of this while also developing technology to streamline production and promote growth. The internal processes are rapidly changing due to growth and can be burdensome at times.
