      Pros

      4 weeks starting of PTO and 6 weeks when you begin your fourth year. Flexibility and open to changes when suggested.

      Cons

      Poor software investment and always has issues! Investment is always in branch decor and opulence. Below industry standards pay scales and employee retention. Very little investment in the people or raises. Some raises are just an insult and the ones getting them are paid way below market value. Very poor lending

      4 weeks of PTO starting out. Good and structured training and great coworkers.

      Strict about not being able to WFH. Workload is highly dependent upon loan application volume.

      Some leadership is really great. Company gives back to community. Looking toward the future. I personally have great work life balance.

      Cons

      Slow to make changes despite trying to grow. Training is different for every single person. Understaffed in a lot of retail areas. Not everyone has great work life balance.
