      Pros

      I've been with the Bank for over six years and I can honestly say it is getting better with every year. They work really hard trying to make their employees work environment a place you want to work rather than dreading to work. Benefits are more than decent.

      Cons

      None that come to mind.

      Pros

      Bank OZK encourages growth in your career and is a great place to work at. Have worked her for 5+ years and have loved being able to get to the position i am in. Would love to take on a different field as i have learned that i dont like certain parts of the customer facing retail industry. OZK does not allow work from home positions, but are very generous on benefits.

      Cons

      No remote positions. Not very community envolved as they should be. Really focused on making the bank money.

      OZK is all about the people and relationships. Have come from the larger national banks where you are just a number. OZK management cares about their staff and career advancement. Always be learning happens here.

      Cons

      None- You won't get lost here.
