Pros

-full health insurance coverage: medical, dental, vision -easy-going environment -people are usually very friendly and helpful -workload isn't too demanding -we get a lot of random days off (president's day, MLK day, 4th of July) -frequent outings with office or with higher management -year-end bonus

Cons

-seriously LOW PAY, not competitive at all, resulting in high turnovers, people are always talking about low salary -too koreanized -honestly everything is great except the pay

Pros

Great benefits full coverage insurance (medical PPO + dental + vision).

Cons

Pay is THE WORST, lower than average. Saw many great employees leave because of the pay. Do things outside of their job description.
