Good benefits and some good people.

Cons

A lot of bad behavior is tolerated from some managers. Bank is not doing well and addresses its issues in ways that make me believe that there is no hope for this bank.

Chill work environment with the option to work from home often.

Cons

Terrible leadership from upper management. Everyone talks about leaving and how the work load isn't distributed evenly. I've been with the bank for three years and I am one of the few remaining from when I got hired, everyone leaves within one or two years.
