Pros

Health benefits were 100% covered

Cons

Company culture is very tight. Compensation is not strong, they like to hire employees with little experience. In some departments they overwork employees.

Pros

Location in Ktown Los Angeles

Cons

Management from Executive to Senior level do not care about employees and habitually use mass layoff to show wall street that they are doing their job in growing the profit. As a result, in some departments, hiring in between was taken as a way to shield existing employees from being fired -- firing new hire is kinda easy choice.

Stay away for your health

Pros

Good benefits, good water filters

Cons

The benefits are good since your health would decline significantly. You are expected to adhere to impossible expectations. Work culture is embedded in the 70s where you have to bow and greet with specific jargon. Work is productive through fear and pressure. You are shifted and thrown like pawns. Your concerns would not only be dismissed but be mocked. Employees are drowning but higher ups won't even bat an eye.
