Pros

Great coworkers and if you're a workaholic you'll love it here

Cons

Promotions, HQ being in LA (Human Resources don't care about the people that aren't located in HQ!!! They ignore the people on the East Coast!!!)

Pros

covered health benefits but that's where it ends. after the hell that this place puts you through, you will need those benefits to recover

Cons

all the horror stories you read about this department are true. they use an outdated system that creates twice the amount of work and management does not seem to have a clue what they are doing here. the process is incredibly inefficient. the culture is toxic and the work is never ending so if you value having a work life balance then avoid this place at all costs and go find a bank that has their stuff together. there is a reason why even consultants don't want to work here, it really is that bad. you have been warned
