Thank you for your review. BankSouth has several ways our associates can provide input and suggestions. One is our Innovation Request program where associates can suggest changes, innovations and improvements to processes, procedures, workflows, etc. We implement as many innovation requests as possible. Sometimes there are legitimate reasons that a particular suggestion cannot be implemented such as budget, regulatory issues or that the suggestion may adversely impact another department or program. Another avenue for suggestions is our annual Employee Engagement Survey where we solicit honest feedback on a multitude of issues important to our associates. That feedback is shared with our management team and is also shared at post-survey meetings with all associates. We hope that you will fully take advantage of these opportunities to provide suggestions.
