Hard work! Take 3-5 years

It's a all out scam we would HAVE too and I repeat HAVE to make 300 cold calls a day. We were not allowed to confirm appointments with customers which 90% of the time led us to a no show or getting screamed at because we never reminded them. Which also waste gas that you are not reimbursed for. Its time, money, and energy I will never get back. They pray on the elderly its a job thats not for the weak and I give it a 0/10. Also they give you a lot of money up front making it seem like its a promising career but after training you wont get paid for 2 months. The turn over rate is 99% if that tells you anything. If someone cancels a policy you wrote they take it out of your paycheck EVEN IF THEY DIE. They take as much as they can from you. I spoke to my boss there who said she made 500K a year and "Its possible to make this much if you put in the work!" She slipped up and told me shes been borrowing money from her dad for the past 3 years because shes been under performing. This job is a joke and I hope I can save someone by writing this.
