Pros

The people who work there are ok.

Cons

The pay sucks, the structure sucks, and the product sucks. Long hours for minimal pay. Expect a 6 day work week.

Great to learn, not good enough to stay

Pros

Ability to learn and start from the ground up is great here. You can build a business without having any previous sales experience.

Cons

The commission is poor compared to other companies and the products are sub-par. They can be expensive so if the client wants to 'shop around' you get your commission charged back. If you don't work hard then you will fail. You have to be good at cold calling or at least willing to learn without being afraid of rejection.
