Pros

Most managers are good at allowing work/life balance when necessary.

Cons

No advancement opportunities, no career path to speak of, very limited exposure, horrible raises, the performance review program is a joke.

Pros

Salary was usually on time. I had excellent immediate leadership -- i actually really liked my boss. The problem is leadership with the rest of the company. The workspace was modern and in good shape. Most of my colleagues were good people and personable.

Cons

Worst IT department I have ever seen. No minorities or women in leadership and very few in line for it. I doubt it will happen - there is very little diversity in the firm, especially at the highest levels.

Pros

I like and respected my Managers. They were supportive and encouraging, ready to dig in and help whenever I needed it.

Cons

Long hours, high turnover, "Boiler Room" environment, cold calling, shared leads, high probability of failure.
