      Bankers provides excellent training and advancement opportunities in a positive work atmosphere. Everyone that works at bankers has the same opportunity than the last.

      Cons

      The hours are very long and a lot of traveling can be involved. There is a lot of calling to people who do not want to talk to you.

      Good work environment. Group definitely likes to work hard and party harder. The opportunity is great if you are able to get in front of enough people

      Cons

      COLD CALLING. Its all about getting in front of people. If you can't trick someone into meeting with you over the phone, you won't make it.
