      -Leads are provided for -Great office culture/environment -Company events and incentives -Great training & mentorship early on for those new to the industry -Commission match program for the first $16k of commission

      Cons

      - 1099 Commission-only -Captive in certain product categories (annuities/ LTC/Permanent Life/Med Supp) & compensation incentivizes sales of BL insurance vs other products from other companies -Trainings seem to stay tuned for the newer people -Leads may not be the best quality -Aggressive hiring of new people over retention of good agents

      Pros

      The training I have received from Bankers over the years is top tier. Their goal is for you to succeed and if you have the ambition to do so they will help you every step of the way. In a sales based environment it is refreshing to see that they put their employees and client relationships above all else.

      Cons

      I have nothing bad to say. I have worked for Bankers for over 5 years and have had the best experience.

      Pros

      Great leadership that takes time to develop you and are always there to help in any way they can. Fantastic collogues that make the days fun. A job that genuinely helps people while also having the ability to get paid for the work you deserve.

      Cons

      This job can and will sometimes be very challenging but it also has the potential to make whatever dreams and goals you have come true in a very short period of time.
