Lots of products, although lack of understanding of each by manager

Cons

Manager favorites, will make any performance seem like not enough, local manager has major communication issues. Makes promises to employees and clients that they are just fine with not keeping. Management is totally fine trash talking about employees to others in the industry and abusing power. Management could care less about employees other than numbers. Underwriting has zero regard for closing time frames. Zero training.

Pros

The division I was in operated largely independently and it was a nice small little "family". We were well paid and the schedule was flexible.

Cons

Training was lacking, sort of a trial by fire scenario and feedback was almost non existent. You might be harangued for something you did wrong 2 years ago AND nobody ever bothered to tell you it was wrong.
