Was a great bank to work for, before COVID.

The People. It is a great group of people and they created a community of co-workers that really tried to help each other.

Cons

The training department was eliminated. They started firing people during the pandemic because their stock dropped. They went from caring about the community to caring about quarterly returns more. As good people left due to these and many more issues they would just not replace them or replaced with less qualified unskilled support. It was sad. I loved that bank.

The company culture fosters the doing the right thing mentality, focused on providing both an exceptional experience for team members and clients we serve. Recognized by JD Power, Forbes, and others as best in class customer service. Competitive salary, PTO, sick leave, 401K, and health benefits. Every voice regardless of position across the company is valued and heard, and decision making and change leadership can be influenced by all.

Cons

Banking is fast paced and constantly evolving, and in order to succeed team members must embrace. While this is a pro for most as it breaks up monotony, some have difficulty with change regardless of the positive outcome.
