At Banner I feel as though I am at home surrounded by people who truly care about me as not only an employee but an individual. When they say you are family it is truly meant. I have the opportunity to learn and grow every day in my current role. I love the work life balance, knowing that we work hard, and strive for high performance but we are celebrated. I love the fact that I have the opportunity to serve our internal clients. At Banner our Culture is not just a talking point, it's lived every day. If you are looking for more than a job - I encourage you to start your career here. Banner where you truly have room to grow.

I have worked here twice. I left for another opportunity but found that I had it very good at Banner. Work/life balance is great. Benefits are top notch. Ample paid time off. They really try to do the right thing at every level--it's cultural.

Cons

Workload is very high in my area. No downtime.

The bank is very much so like a credit union, where your goal is to help clients without pushing them past their needs.

Cons

Training is abysmal. No training when going into a new role, no training when I entered the bank as a teller, they believe in throwing you into your role and seeing what happens.
