      - For the most part, hourly pay and salaries are behind local competitors - Lack of effective marketing/advertising in some markets - Although rates and fees on accounts are competitive, they're not in the top tier with local competition - Recognition of accomplishments and efforts can be lacking in some cases

      Pros

      The division I was in operated largely independently and it was a nice small little "family". We were well paid and the schedule was flexible.

      Cons

      Training was lacking, sort of a trial by fire scenario and feedback was almost non existent. You might be harangued for something you did wrong 2 years ago AND nobody ever bothered to tell you it was wrong.
