Pros

Leadership is involved with the staff. They know most of us by name. This bank really cares about its clients. Strongest ethics of any bank I have worked for.

Cons

Way behind in technology. Benefits are very weak. Vacation is hard to take because of staffing.

Pros

I have great coworkers, and my supervisors are very supportive. I actually enjoy going to work! :) We are client service oriented. Good benefits. Pay is good, as long as you make your sales thresholds.

Cons

If you're not comfortable making sales, this may be a difficult job (as they are a requirement). Short staffed sometimes, as other branches "borrow" our tellers when someone is out- leaving us with fewer tellers than the other branches (even though we process considerably more transactions).

Very customer focused; senior management is accessible; striving to improve employee satisfaction and morale; committed to constantly improving as an organization.

Cons

Banner is a little behind in systems and salaries in some areas; managers and supervisors would like additional management training and development; it's almost like there are two headquarter locations.
