Pros
I found the company very respectful and appreciative toward their employees, and they put effort into making Banner a fun place to work, and encouraging a healthy culture. I was not pressured into overworking myself.
Cons
Maybe the upper management decision-making is a little opaque and confusing sometimes, maybe because it is run by one guy with a lot of power, being the founder's son, but I wasn't in management so that's mostly speculation.
