Pros

Great worklife balance, atleast in my role I never take work home with me mentally or physically. Great team, very collaborative, team members encourage questions to ensure quality responses to end users. You are not alone. Lots of room for career growth within the company. Most people start as an Application engineer

Cons

Some days in the office it can get really busy, back to back phone calls

- Banner invests in your future - Very friendly and professional environment - They give you a lot of time to feel out the role - Very interesting work - Advancement opportunities

Cons

- not the most competitive pay - not much PTO - can get pretty busy - some job aspects are hard to learn on your own
