      Work-life balance (there are exceptions of course) Great knowledgeable co-workers Everyone is quite friendly Decent pay Flexible hours Do not give you a hard time for being sick or taking time off I feel heard

      Cons

      Back in the office 1 day a week. My work is actually easier to do from home full time since I have solitude if I need to makes calls or screen share. It's an open floor plan so it I worry I am bothering others if I talk too loudly. I did think it was kind of poopie that the day they requested most of the staff to be in the office (Mondays) is the day they don't offer anything special for them. Other days usually have some sort of treat. Which isn't really a big deal and might be an oversight but I found to be a touch cold to the main staff.
