Free bagels once a week? Friendly co-workers, manageable workload, well-known clients. Banner is a good name to get on your resume if you want to work in IP.

Cons

Hierarchical, opaque, never know where you stand with management. Some bitter, sniping secretaries. Very low pay for non-lawyers yet long hours are expected.
