Fast-growing, exciting company. People are genuinely nice, and employees are trusted to complete their work without being micromanaged. Upper management is transparent with their initiatives.

Cons

The workload fluctuates depending on the deal flow. Overtime is sometimes necessary.

- Relatively good work/life balance - Supportive, collaborative, anti-finance bro culture - Very intelligent, focused, and ambitious senior leadership team - Junior level employees are empowered to take on more responsibility and level-up skills without crossing the line of working beyond their paygrade - Opportunity to travel

Cons

- General growing pains of working for a high growth company (constrained capacity during busy periods, continued need to evolve systems & processes, etc.) - Though technically hybrid remote - in-office days are mandated which limit employees flexibility on working remotely for longer stretches of time - DEI could still use some work, especially at leadership team level
