Pros

This company provides decent health insurance (although there are caveats to where you can seek care that make NO sense).

Cons

There are opportunities to move up, but you better be ready to add a full job's worth of responsibilities for a 10% raise. There is no understanding if you are a parent. No work/life balance. My experience has been intense micromanagement as an overperformer.
