Pros

Billing management doesn’t care what time you start or if you leave early. If you’re a favorite you don’t have to be there at all. Work whenever you want.

Cons

Management lacks intelligence. Exclusive environment, close minded, Billing management takes ideas from billing employees and makes it seem like it’s their idea.

Pros

Nothing positive to mention here

Cons

Terrible onboarding, nepotism and lack of diversity in the Admin Dept. If you want to advance your career here don’t count on it.

Pros

Depending on where your work area is, it can be quiet due to large portions of the staff working remotely.

Cons

Serious lack of direction. If employed here, and it is my sincere belief that you should not be, you will spend months not really knowing what it is you are supposed to be doing or even whom you should be assisting. There is no training program to speak of. You will spend the first few days in virtual meetings or visiting offices of people who will tell you things that have nothing to do with you. They offer no assistance with parking. It costs over $100 a month to park at the garage attached to the building. This is especially humorous when you consider the fact that there is a sign in front of the garage that labels it 'Barclay Damon Tower', and yet you are entirely responsible for the parking payment. Apparently, they are too cheap despite the bevy of offices across the east coast, several floors of space they occupy in the Syracuse building, and meager salary offerings. There is no sense of teamwork here. People will walk by you long after your initial hiring that you've never seen before and whose names you do not know. The staff is two-faced. It is hard to feel content here, because despite the smiles and praises you may get to your face from your co-workers, you will be left in fear that you will be pulled into the manager's office to be reprimanded, despite the fact that the manager is so often not in the building that she clearly does not know what is going on.
