Pros

Some good people and some solid attorneys.

Cons

Mismanagement and mistreatment of employees, from equity partners down to assistants. Terrible origination policies. Everyone seems to live in fear.

Good firm for region and good strong people in some groups. Forward thinking and aggressive growth.

Cons

Some terrible partners treat associates poorly and stay on for years. Gap in pay causes problems among groups.

Pros

Coworkers are great. Attorneys are very nice.

Cons

They pay the partners great - everyone else gets paid terribly, benefits aren't the best and management is a joke. Recommend working for a different law firm if you want to get paid for the amount of work you will do.
