-Many projects, -Good exposure to tech stack, -Overall leadership, -Ownership of tasks, -Good hike & bonus( but from this year, it has reduced hike ℅ due to recession), -Good policies etc

Cons

Nothing much as such. May be hike ℅ has been reduced this year and there was recent layoffs happened .
