Pros

I really enjoy working for Bargain Storage. The corperate staff is welcoming and my team is helpful when I need advice or help. The company emphasizes customer service and friendliness and extends that to the employees. The benefits and bonuses are a huge plus.

Cons

I can't think of any negatives related to the company.

Pros

I’ve worked as a Property Manager for Bargain Storage for a few years and have enjoyed it immensely. It’s challenging, rewarding and fun! They offer excellent pay, bonuses and benefits! Bargain Storage has enabled me, personally, to move and experience different areas of Texas and Arizona. This has also given me the opportunity to meet many wonderful people for which I am grateful! Bargain Storage is an excellent company to work for.

Not often, but you can encounter an unreasonable customer.
