Really amazing group of people that work in a positive and exciting environment. Each day is challenging and satisfying. There is never a dull moment.

Cons

Small sized company with people used to wearing many hats. If you prefer a big bureaucracy type company where you just do your one assigned task, this might not be the right fit.
