BWSC provided a place of work where I could be a valued team player and to make a difference on DoD projects.

Cons

Satellite office was too dependent upon a single market and if the market was soft, then valuable staff members were lost due to lack of work.

I do not have any issues working here, maybe in the future I will come back when I have one.
