Pros

International and with the ability to connect internationally and gain experience

Cons

Nepotism and backward thinking regarding technology. Not recruiting the best person for the job (barely any cold application coming through) but just giving the job to a person depending on how longed they worked for the company, even if they dont have the proper skillset or education for the job.
