      A great team full of highly skilled people always willing to help others. Management is always open to suggestions and offers support for work and well-being. Great benefits. The BAT is all about the future what makes work really exciting. New ideas are always welcome, and you can shape the role and projects.

      None really. As a new area of the business, challenges are expected but the management is always willing to support. It is important to be proactive and well-organised as it is a fast-paced environment.
