Good work atmosphere in the different European countries, unformal communication possibilities with top management, rapid access to top management if your projects are smart and if you push for your idea

not more than in any food company of this size (international), changing things is slow

Absolutely great place to work - have been here for over a year now. The people are amazing .. rare small office feel in a major CPG company. Everyone is encouraged to speak what they think and contribute to the organization in any way they feel they can - there is no bad question. Being a privately owned company the organization has a very long-term view - no pressure to deliver qtrly results at the expense of long-term opportunities. Lots of perks - Italian premium spring and sparking water, drinks always stocked. Weekly team lunches and an amazing expresso machine. Free pasta and sauces! New office in great location, brand spanking new ... huge kitchen. XXL flatscreen TVs to watch sports @ lunch. Lots of light in the building, great conference rooms .. small things really make the difference
