Pros

Excellent team communication, great support system, wonderful industry! Amazing to work helping pups get pampered and seeing all of the pre, during, and post-groom pics. It's adorable! Besides that, very fast paced start-up culture where things are constantly changing. New ideas and improvements are welcome and the team is close-knit despite being in different cities.

Cons

Since it is still a start-up, the pace things happen in the day to day is very quick so I would not suggest this company to the faint of heart. Company changes are happening constantly so you need to be able to keep up!

Pros

Barkbus has an undying drive to focus on two things: 1) giving dogs and their parents a superior stress-free grooming experience, and 2) enabling pet stylists (groomers) to focus all of their energy on giving pets the best care possible (and not worrying about the administrative headaches they deal with in a salon job - Barkbus has a corporate team that handles all of that so that groomers can just groom!)

Cons

Barkbus is a fast-growing startup and with that always comes growing pains but all of those growing pains are headed toward positive changes for the customers and the employees.
