Flat organization, you can choose your own career path, hard work is rewarded with more opportunities, thorough on boarding process, a lot of opportunities for internal growth and development.

Cons

Free market system can create culture of workaholics. Can be hard to find work sometimes. Hard to find direction at times and hard to get others to prioritize your projects.
