Pros

An outstanding and helpful group of people to work with. Lots of highly-skilled and technical employees. Comp time system is beneficial. It was fun to work on a variety of projects with several different teams.

Cons

Flat market structure can be challenging for new employees, especially during the covid pandemic and work from home mandates. It became more natural with time and experience, but working from home for over a year seemed to reset the difficulty. CAD standards and organization were sometimes inconsistent from project to project.
