Barracuda Networks still has a start-up like atmosphere. Very energetic and collaborative. Great people with great ideas and a lot of energy. Give you a lot of freedom and room to be creative and work your own way as long as you are producing.

Cons

As in any office, politics can be a little bit distracting at times. Pay could be better. Startup atmosphere does not always provide employees with direction, rely on employees to be self-directed.
