      The work .environment, Human Resource team, Benefits, Location, Access to local sporting events, concerts, Use of Cuda cars, Internal messaging system, Relax dress code, Laid back atmosphere, Discounted food and drinks in the break room, Free merchandise.

      Cons

      Unlike most companies I don't think Barracuda Networks has "Cons". However they have some tough decisions to make and the outcome of those decisions could become either cons or pros. I would suggest Improving parking, retaining existing employees and manage grow without compromising what cause Barracuda Networks to succeed in the first place.
