      Good Team Mates, Nice Atmosphere, Lot of things to learn for someone who is new to networking or application side networking

      Not proper training, hectic work life, no rotational shifts

      Pros

      Will hire almost anyone with a pulse. Fun people. Peet's coffee.

      Cons

      Benefits are sub-par. Seems like HR hides the lousy time off until your first day (9 days vacation/sick your first year) Management embaresses employees in full public view. Pay is way off scale. Bait and switch on gentlemen's agreement w/ hiring manager.

      Pros

      Things get done here faster than anywhere else I've seen. Barracuda isn't busy at the top, so theres plenty of room to advance. Each and every employee has the ability to shine, and impact the organization. Low, low employee turnover.

      Cons

      Small company Still growing Benefits are working their way at becoming superior to most in the industry. Most people doesn't know they exist yet.
