      great positives but also great negatives

      Pros

      The products are great and easy to understand, if one is from the industry. If not, the learing of them is also not too difficult. Benefits are great but not too great. Business seems stable. Also one finds many people employed there who have been long time employees, - depending on roles. Limited home office options are available depending on team.

      Cons

      The salary isn't competitive at all. It's a good 20 to 30% below market. The rather loud chart music which everyone in the Reading sales office is sort of forced to listen to on office loudspeakers degrades the seriousness and professional atmosphere.

      Cons

      Underpaid compared to comparables in the industry. Upper management tends to micromanage. Not a lot of growth opportunities.
