      Ok place to work, but no long term advantage.

      Pros

      Branches are able to run as separate business model's without micro management from corporate.

      Cons

      Horrible benefits, no raises, no work/life balance. No incentive for long term employees. Profit sharing is almost unattainable since the teens we're changed and everything is charged back to the branch.
