If you are looking for a place to hide and if your not looking to improve yourself this is your stop

Cons

Almost everything, everyone in upper management has no real experience but they spend so much time yelling at others about their lack of progress when they make no progress of their own. Most managers, especially what they call BP or business partner, are never in the office. They work about 4 or 5 hours a day and cry about why their team can’t get things done. CEO is a true liar surrounded by his yes men.

Ability to work with owners and managers of businesses within many different industries. Great team environment. Flexible schedule allowing time in the office and in the field with clients.

Cons

It is a very flat organization that leaves no room for growth. Base salaries are less than industry standards with the potential of profit sharing after the first year, but no guarantees.
