Pros
Great people to work with in the Finance group. In particular, I really enjoyed working my direct Manager and trusted that he had my back. Management has high expectations, but those are clearly communicated and they want to see you succeed. It's also cool to see how the work we do helps shape the company's decision making and future. They have an employee stock purchase plan that you are eligible for after 1 year. There is also flexibility with a hybrid work schedule and occasional comp days during slower times of the year.
Cons
The amount of content the Finance group produces is constantly increasing and certain times of the year can get fairly stressful. Benefits have gotten much better in recent years, but there is still a 6 month wait to be eligible for the 401k.
