Pros

Good and intelligent people, good customer focus. New leadership may point the company in the right direction.

Cons

Extremely poor benefits, vacation and medical are both the worst I've had in my career. Flexibility in schedule was about the only benefit which is now on the verge of being taken away as well as any work from home options. Turnover control is preached to customers of the company but not practiced at the company creating impossible work situations. Training is non-existent due to the culture desired at the company, coupled with the high-turnover it puts undo pressure on existing employees. No yearly raises, no cost of living raises so what you start at is what you get.

profit sharing schedule some great people working there

Cons

management decentralized when some aspects of the company should be centralized compensation, no raises...not even for cost of living training for positions bestowed upon employees Directors act like a boys club, not leaders
